As noted previously, Microsoft now considers email a core capability of its Office suite--a basic feature that customers simply expect--and of course that functionality is provided by Microsoft Outlook. In PowerPoint 2010, the major improvements are of the evolutionary variety, but there's a lot of emphasis this time around on creating even more professional-looking presentations, and I think that will go over well with the application's core audiences.
