In this tutorial i will teach you how to best use the new Vibrance tool in Photoshop CS4 and why it is crucial especially with images that have people+interesting backgrounds in them.
I will also cover a few extra tweeks to make the image more impactual. The tutorial requires you to have a basic knowledge of Photoshop and that you have a copy of Photoshop CS4 as this is a new feature and will not work with prior versions of the software.
